Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlowSync — the workflow, social, email, WhatsApp and CRM automation platform — and any related websites or apps. By creating an account or using FlowSync, you agree to these Terms.

• If you are a customer in India: your contract is with Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd, 376, G3, Road No 82, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500096, India. Subscription payments are collected in INR and processed securely through Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking and mandates). These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
• If you are a customer outside India: your contract is with Zoa Zone Services LLC, 1770 Grand Concourse 12A, Bronx, NY 10457, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and the courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction.

FlowSync provides tools to build and run automations across supported platforms, including scheduled and trigger-based workflows, social media publishing, email campaigns, a WhatsApp CRM inbox, e-commerce synchronization and AI content generation. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. Third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp and your payment or store providers) have their own terms, and your use of those platforms remains subject to them.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including automations you configure.
• You may not use FlowSync to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property, to violate any platform's terms (including WhatsApp Business and Meta platform policies), or for any unlawful purpose.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules or applicable law.

• Plans and pricing: plans and prices are as displayed on the Pricing page. For customers in India, prices are stated in INR (₹); GST is applied as applicable at checkout.
• Auto-renewal: paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewals for Indian customers are collected through payment mandates you authorise at checkout — UPI AutoPay, eNACH or card mandates — processed securely via Cashfree Payments. You will receive advance notice of each mandate debit as required by applicable regulations.
• Cancellation: you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to care@zoazoneservices.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Failed renewals: if a mandate debit fails, we will retry and notify you; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or downgraded.

You retain all rights to the content, data and workflows you create or connect through FlowSync. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics to improve the product.

FlowSync relies on third-party services (for example social platforms, WhatsApp Business, Google, email-delivery providers and Cashfree Payments). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or API changes, though we will work to restore affected features promptly. Feature availability may change as platforms update their requirements.

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
